The SKS Story

Our journey began in July 2022, fueled by a deep passion for saving the tiniest and most vulnerable among us—neonatal kittens. For over a decade, I dedicated my life to working with local rescues, learning, and understanding the unique needs of these fragile beings.

It was during these years that I witnessed the harsh reality of the wild, where some kittens sadly meet untimely ends. These little souls are so fragile that even with a mother, they often succumb to a myriad of challenges—calicivirus, herpesvirus, low body temperature at birth, low birth weight, predators, loss of a mother, and parasites, each silently taking countless lives every day.

In the face of such heartbreak, I recognized a pressing need in our community—a need for specialized care, compassion, and unwavering dedication to giving these innocent lives a fighting chance. Saving Kittens Sanctuary was born out of that need, with a mission to provide milk supplements, specialized care, around-the-clock nourishment, and comprehensive veterinary support for these young, abandoned kittens.

Our sanctuary is a beacon of hope in a world that can sometimes be so cruel.
