Our organization is not equipped to handle intakes from the public due to Montgomery county stray hold laws. It is best to contact Montgomery county animal control it is important to remember that these agencies play a crucial role in finding homes for animals in need.

SKS pulls cats and kittens directly from animal control as these cats are often in need of urgent care and attention, and we are equipped to provide them with the love and support they need to thrive. Additionally, by taking in cats from animal control, we are able to free up space in their facilities, allowing them to take in more animals in need. This partnership is essential in our efforts to save as many cats as possible and provide them with the loving homes they deserve.
